By using Turulo you agree to rent equipment responsibly and return it in the same condition. You are liable for any damage or loss during your rental period. Turulo reserves the right to charge your saved payment method for unreturned or damaged equipment up to the declared replacement value.
We collect your email/phone to authenticate you, and location data only when you actively use the app. We never sell your personal data. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from your profile.
Always inspect equipment before use. Do not use damaged equipment — report it via the in-app support ticket. Wear appropriate protective gear when required (e.g. helmets for certain sports). Equipment is for recreational use only. Do not use on roads or in dangerous conditions.
By starting a rental you acknowledge: (1) You are physically capable of using the equipment safely. (2) You accept full responsibility for the equipment during your rental. (3) Turulo is not liable for injuries resulting from use of rented equipment. (4) You will return the equipment to the same or designated station within the rental window.
