By creating an account or using the Turulo app or website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Turulo, LLC regarding your use of the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Turulo. By registering you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy.
When you rent equipment through Turulo you are responsible for it from the moment the locker opens until it is returned and the locker is confirmed closed. You agree to: return equipment in the same condition as received; not use equipment for illegal purposes or in dangerous conditions; report damage or malfunction immediately through the in-app support feature.
Rental fees are charged to your saved payment method upon completion of your rental. For reservations, a refundable deposit hold is placed on your card at booking time. The hold is released upon successful return within the grace period. If you do not show up within the grace period or fail to return equipment, the deposit is forfeited. Pricing is shown before you confirm any transaction.
You are liable for damage or loss of equipment during your rental. Turulo may charge your saved payment method for repair or replacement costs up to the declared replacement value displayed in the app. We will notify you of any such charge and provide an itemized explanation.
Reservations may be cancelled up to one hour before the scheduled slot for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within one hour of the slot forfeit the deposit. Completed rentals may be eligible for a refund if equipment was defective; contact support within 24 hours of the rental end.
You may not: resell or sublease rented equipment; use equipment commercially unless expressly agreed; tamper with station hardware; use multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans; use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Turulo is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or indirect losses arising from use of rented equipment. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
