Is there a deposit?
No upfront deposit. We pre-authorize a small hold on your card at checkout and only charge for the time you use.
Can I return to a different station?
Yes. Drop your gear at any Turulo locker. The station that accepts the return ends your rental automatically — no need to come back to where you started.
What if I damage the equipment?
Normal wear is on us. Significant damage is covered up to a capped fee that you accept at checkout — typically far below replacement cost.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Turulo opens right in your browser when you scan a locker. You can add it to your home screen for one-tap access, and native apps are on the way.
How do I pay?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any major credit or debit card. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.
When are stations open?
A station follows the hours of the court, park, or facility it sits at. Every station page shows its own hours before you start a rental.
